MANILA, Philippines — An executive of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is set to testify before the Senate impeachment court on Thursday as part of the trial’s proceedings on Vice President Sara Duterte’s alleged unexplained wealth. On Day 36 of Duterte’s impeachment trial, BIR chief of staff Anne Loraine Garcia-Marquez will serve as the
