MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Queenie (international name: Surigae) has further intensified but is already about to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), the state weather bureau reported on Sunday. In its 11 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Queenie is now packing a maximum sustained wind speed
