COTABATO CITY – Police in Sultan Kudarat are investigating what prompted a 13-year-old student to allegedly issue shooting threats against a school in Lambayong town on Monday morning. Major Jayson Ortega, chief of the Lambayong municipal police station (MPS), said the matter is under “cautious investigation” due to the case’s sensitivity.  The Lambayong MPS refused
