MANILA, Philippines — The northeasterly wind flow, easterlies, and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) are bringing rains to parts of the country on Sunday, the state weather bureau said. In its 5 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the northeasterly wind flow would affect Batanes, while the easterlies,
