MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has ordered a 90-day preventive suspension of the driver’s license of a Parañaque City government employee accused of tailgating a female motorist and repeatedly attempting to overtake using the opposite lane. The incident began in Don Bosco and continued to Annex 42 in Parañaque City, according to
