MANILA, Philippines — After a string of bomb threats against several schools and universities in Metro Manila that led to the suspension of classes, the Philippine National Police on Wednesday ordered a review of its explosives-related threat response protocols. “We must ensure that our bomb threat protocols evolve with the threats we face,” PNP chief
