LUCENA CITY — Police arrested four heavily armed men, including an Army corporal, in an early morning operation in Catanauan, Quezon, on Thursday. A concerned citizen alerted the Catanauan police station about suspicious men at a hotel in the town proper, one of whom was allegedly carrying a long firearm, said Police Provincial Office director
