MANILA, Philippines — More than 30,000 passengers passed through ports nationwide on Saturday morning, Oct. 31, as Filipinos traveled to their home provinces for Undas, the annual observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). In its latest tally as of 7:45 a.m., the PCG recorded 18,717
