PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – The police recovered 109 master cases of suspected contraband cigarettes worth an estimated P6.2 million in separate operations along the coastal areas of Sulu province on Thursday. Police Lieutenant Colonel Shellamie Chang, spokesperson for Police Regional Office (PRO) 9, said on Saturday that the operations were led by personnel
