Northeasterly windflow, easterlies to bring isolated rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas

The Northeasterly windflow is expected to affect extreme Northern Luzon, while the easterlies will prevail over Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas on October 13, 2026, the state weather bureau PAGASA said Monday.
