MANILA, Philippines—The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) warned the public against individuals posing as priests to solicit money for religious services during All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day (Undas). The NCRPO issued the advisory as thousands of families are expected to visit cemeteries, memorial parks and columbaria across Metro Manila for the observance.
