SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Police arrested a 23-year-old man wanted on a statutory rape charge in Rosario, La Union, on Friday, Oct. 9, according to the Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office (ISPPO). The suspect, who was listed as Narvacan, Ilocos Sur’s most wanted person at the municipal level, was arrested by personnel of the
