MANILA, Philippines – Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste plans to personally post bail following a court arrest warrant over allegedly violating the Public Service Act, the embattled lawmaker’s spokesman said on Thursday. Lawyer Antonio La Vina said Leviste, who is reportedly in France, intends to post bail and address the legal case involving his multi-billion solar
