ICC rejects Rodrigo Duterte defense bid to reframe charges

The International Criminal Court (ICC) Trial Chamber III has rejected former President Rodrigo Duterte"s bid to have prosecutors refile and reframe the charges against him, while allowing seven of the eight additional incidents to remain in the case.
