2 foreign fugitives nabbed over alleged links to large-scale fraud, illegal gambling ops

The Bureau of Immigration arrested two fugitives, a Taiwanese and a South Korean, in separate operations for their alleged involvement in large-scale fraud and illegal gambling operations.
